I keep getting moisture under the carpet on front pass floor. I removed the carpet to dry it good. I then hosed the outside with water to see where it comes in and none ever came in. Could it be condensation since the exhaust pipe is right under there. Thanks

The most likely cause is the third brake light on the back of the cab. Water leaks there, runs down the side of the back window, then runs to the front in the groove in the floor board on the side of the floor. The AC drain pipe on the passenger side of the firewall is another big leaker. There are other places, but those two are the most likely.

Front passenger floor sounds like maybe coming from the heater or something to do with the evaperator. They are right above there.

AC

More than likely your drip tray hose is plugged, fell off, or the tray itself is cracked.

Have you been running the A/C or defroster much?

Not much AC lately, and when we need it there isn't much moisture in the air anyway. I will check it though. I ruled out the 3rd brake light because nothing was wet from the front floor back and it is over 6 foot to the rear of the cab.

The way the floor in the rear is made it's like it has a rain gutter on each side. The first place the water shows up is under the front carpet.

Like Joe said, My 3rd Brake light was leaking, first place I saw it was under the passenger floor carpet. wasnt really wet anywhere else.

Mine was the A/C drain - it sticks straight out from the firewall and wind was pushing water back into it. The fix is to attach a plastic hose and point it down.

I just went through all of this. I had the following leaking:

1) rear window (new seal installed)

2) 3rd brake light

3) passenger door gasket

I had a leak like that on my 2002 and it turned out to be the cab lights leaking. I found out while parked downhill during a rain storm. Drip coming of the headliner
