Serial number

The serial number should be on a sticker on the cover of the computer also or at least it is on my 04. 5.

Matt... Just dont loose your engine serial number. I've been reading a post by scotty about the trouble he is having getting some parts because he dosent have the serial number off the plastic dress up cover. Apparently it is not stamped anywhere else on the engine, or included in the vin.

That is really sharp. I would feel guilty and have to clean the dirt road dust off it every day. It's hard enough with the stock black cover.

Yeah but thats a second gen cover, thought he told me it was a new 3rd gen.

Yes that's a 2nd Gen VC, but I sold Jesse my Cummins 3rd Gen valve cover I was going to put on my '03, so he does have one.



CSilkowski yes it's the same Jesse who does the shifter.
