Flip the eggs over once more, make-um over-easy,loose the rice ball,I choose hashbrowns then replace the spam,canadian bacon with regular bacon,sausage patties,link sausage or steak and then ace the toast, replace with cat head biscuits and gravy with a good cup of coffee.

Where is that? I'm going to Cozumel in 2 weeks and you're making me anxious! Our room is right on the waterfront with a swim-up bar in the pool, snorkeling/diving right there, etc... I'm sure it's old hat to a lot of you, but it's my first time to the caribbean so I'm going even if I have to eat one of those rice-balls!

Ahhh... very nice... been there a couple times but am looking forward to trying something different. That said, I'll take any island over this CA congestion! That 10 acres in Cozumel for $100k is sounding tempting... although I'm not sure I want to be a Mexican!

Since we're changing the breakfast, let's take all of the ingredients except: for the spam (replaced with three slices of diced bacon), the rice (replaced with golden hashbrowns), and the toast (replaced with a large warm flour tortilla), scramble the eggs, and put all of it rolled up inside the tortilla, cover it with green chili (not jalapenos) and grated cheddar cheese, and you have one wonderful New Mexican breakfast burrito.



Hmmm, I think I'll get ready for work and go get one.
