what all has to be done to go from a 5 to a 6 speed?

This has probably been beat to death, first of i applogize for that. Anyways i would like to know what all has to happen to put the 5600 in place of the 4500 in a 98 4x4 12v. ? also where is the best place to get the 5600? as well as do you have to modify the 5600 to handle higher hp? i appreciate the answers that are sure to come. thank you.
