it dosent even give me that hard dig

wen it locks up . . no smoke even at night

with lights behind me

Well it could be a number of things.

  • You got a leak in the AFC boost sense.
  • You got the AFC cocked, it hangs up on the plate, and will not advance the fuel foot.
  • If by "4K" you mean governor springs than you probably need to adjust the governor lever.

    The #6 has a great big nose that catches the lever and prevents fueling.

    I installed a GSK for a friend with a #6 plate and the lever stuck under the big nose. He fixed it with a #4 plate.

Good luck

Hi EX;

I left the great state for 20 years and finally moved back 2½ years ago. I was hoping they would have taken care of the skeeter problem, but ,,,,,,

The governor lever problem is great excuse to move up to a #4 plae. The #4 profile compliments a GSK much better than a #6 profile, too.

BUT

I put in the #4 last summer. I replaced the TC this summer. Wife is pretending to not catch on?
