As a combo bomb... it was moving my lift pump to the frame, installing twin Stanadyne filters (30 and 5 micron), gutting the fuel tank module screen setup and removal of the OEM filter canister.
Tonight... it was all I could do to not smile while crusing at 65mph, 1/2 tank fuel, 1 glass bottle of Welchs grape and 15. 4 psi on the fuel pressure gauge.
Other than that it had to be my chrome exhaust turndown!!
My best modification was caused by a deer. So now I have a great big black powder coated deer killer on the front. Haven't had the chance to try out its effectiveness yet.
The one I get the most joy out of?? The power tow mirrors on the '01!! I tow a lot and moving the non power mirrors made me swear at DC every time... ..... :-{}
Nothin better than blasting some bimbo in her full size SUV drifting into my lane, one hand on her starbucks latte and the other holding her cell phone to her ear.
Wonder how much it costs to clean all that latte out of the interior??
It doesn't have anything to do with performance; however, putting on a truck-box has been a welcomed addition. It keeps the inside of the cab non-cluttered.
I get a kick out of the Kodiak Sidewinder step I installed on the passenger side for my wife. That thing just amazes every one who sees it operate. Plus it makes my wife happy.
I like my Geno's BRITE BOX it is like driving with the brights on. Nice light and for what ever reason I have not be flashed by oncoming traffic once. 80 bucks do it you'll see! pun intended
