I'm wanting to put a set of new shocks all the way around on my 'ole 92. What brand and model of shocks are good? Thanks...

Shocks.

I run Bilstiens on my 92. They are kinda stiff but do the job with my camper on the back. I've been running them 2 plus years and not one problem.

Skyjacker "Hydro's"...

Hey 3dracer!

Is it a "W" Series (4x4) or "D" Series?

I've run the SkyJacker "Hydros" on my '92 4x4 for over 50,000 miles and really like them. Great price & excellent ride... They Look tough too! Check w/ the mail order 4x4 shops for best price.

Also: Folks seem to love the Rancho 9000's ... . BUt pricey!

I would buy the Rancho RS9000 shocks, all though there might be better shocks if you new the exact valving you needed not everyone likes the same ride and what works for on person doesn't always work for the next. With the 9000 you can adjust it how you like it and then when you load up the truck simply adjust it for that load.

Still going strong!

Hey Frank!:)

Those SkyJacker "Hydro" shocks are still going strong on your old ride! They'll probably last forever on her truck... . I'm not sure they move much w/ the Skyjacker 4" lift kit!:D LOL!

The truck still looks as good as the day those . jpegs were taken in your current signature!

Good to see you on the BB Ole' Friend...

Second vote 4 Rancho 9000's

I got 'em on everything I own. Wouldn't buy anything else. Wish I had the $$$ for the in-cab controller!
