'96 Chevy Suburban AC system question

I have a neon and the a/c will freeze up once in a while. It will not blow any air. If I let it set there will be a big puddle of water under the car then it will work fine. I wondered if there is a way to fix it.....

the h2o under the condenser is normal, what I do on all my rigs is to turn the a/c off and go to vent , this does 2 things for you

1) it will dry the ducting out so you dont get that moldy mustie smell.

2) it will give the condenser a chance to unload itself, then when you start up again you dont have condensed liquids already instead you have vapors.
