What causes this?

How come when there are more pages to view based on the the bar on the bottom of the page:

When I click on any of the others I always get this message:

vBulletin Message

Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms.

It has happened before but not too often.

That's a search that you did so I can't look at it. A couple things could be happening. When you do a search it saves your search and it saves that until your session times out (15 minutes of inactivity). If you haven't had any activity for 15 minutes that search is erased - for example you do a "View new posts" and read through a couple pages of posts, then you leave your PC and have dinner for 30 minutes and come back and try to continue. Would that fit your scenario?
