Warning To All 5th Wheel Haulers!!!!

I'm keeping the 2002 around 70 (used to run 80), I now turn off the TST PM3 Adjustable and rely on just the Edge EZ, unless there is another diesel truck lurking by. See between 13 and 14. 5 mpg avg.

I'm not putting the pedal all the way to the floor as much on the '93 as I used too. Its turned up a little w/ out a muffler. See about 18mpg avg.

My wife still drives her '03 like she stole it. She puts about 70 miles a day on it. She get around 18mpg.

We may buy a Jeep as another toy... be nice to get a Wrangler w/ a turbo diesel Cummins 4-banger.

97 3500 DRW, interstate driving. Speed held to 55mph, 24mpg. Im not passing anybody, but probably getting twice the mileage. You just have to be patient.

I just drove from upstate NY to Rock Springs, WY, ran at 58-59 MPH the whole way, 21 MPG. I am running about 8500 pounds too, should run on a scale and check it out for sure, but I am sure I am over 8K.

I think I was the slowest vehicle on the road, at least one big rig got PO'd at me, but hey it is like getting fuel for $1 a gallon less since I get about 25% better mileage than running 75-80 like traffic is generally. It is also pretty much a tortise and hare game too, since many, many vehicles passed me 2-3 times each day, some on a second day. I run 500-600 miles each day, I doubt very many folks really do much more than that without a relief driver, so why race from fuel stop to fuel stop?
