After the meeting at hooters in Conn all I want now is more power. So my truck is now in the process of bombing. I've been keeping my eye on the performance chips out their and am wondering what works best for my truck... I have a 2500 with the 24v and no mods other than guages. I'm looking for more towing power and possibly better fuel milage. I've had my eye on the Blue Chip, Power Edge, Power Puck and the numerous other chips out on the market... anyone know what would be best for me.

To each there own. . There are somany compamies out there making so many products its hard to say what would be best for you.

I have the 275 inj. and a BD plug in power and I am very happy with it. I guess you have a standard. If so... ... ... I would go with DD stage 1 injectors and a TST PowerMax 3 with a straight pipe so you can enjoy the sound effects. I would go with the TST PM3 because the power level is adjustable.

This would be way more than enough to make that guy that just spent $42,000 on that new Durajoke to beat his head on the dash.

Just my . 02 worth.

I like the TST PM2 and 3. I tow heavy and find the PM2 on my truck works great for towing. Empty, my truck runs like a scalded cat. I just installed a PM3 adjustable on a friend's 2001. 5 and he really likes it too.

The nice thing is it doesn't drop mileage unless you put your foot in it.

My 2 cents.

I'd recommend a BIG set of DD injectors, because they don't cause any added strain on your injection pump like boxes do.

what is your trans ??? to be totally honest , sometimes i actually am #ad
post electronics boxes are really for hotrodding only , i hardly ever use my PE , infact i took it off a couple weeks ago and haven't gotten around to putting it back on . a set of injectors and a timing box are more than enough for most guys , start adding tons o' torque and god only knows what parts you'll be breaking ... also adjustable boxes are a pain with an auto trans .
