What code is this?

Last night my check engine light came on so I did the three turns of the key and found out I had two codes. I know what P0336 is because I believe it was thrown by the TST. But what is P0633. I am not sure what one made the light come on or if both happened at the same time. Is the P0633 a code that I have to worry about? Thanks in advance for all the help.

What is the SKIM key?

It has to do with the Security Key with the chip in it. My truck has the same thing. Happened after it went into the dealer. No worries. I am taking it back to have it cleared next week.
