I am trying to install some new 215 injectors. There are 3 different thickness of copper washers to use:

. 023-. 024

. 067

. 080

My old ones are . 060, but were crushed somewhat.

Any help would be greatly appreaciated. :D

Thanks for the replies.

I used the middle size copper washers. I miked my old ones and the middle size ones were nearer the orginial ones thickness.

I found out that the thinnest ones are for the 24's and the thickest ones are for the 1st. gen. 12 valves.

Everything went smoothly and the truck is now running.

the smallest one is what the 215 use the thicker ones will get ure spry patter wrong in combustion chamber will spray on side in stead of center the thick one with sleve is for putting old style injector in new style head but like i said the thinnest one is the washer that the 215 dodges use
