Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Yep, Manassas, VA is where one of the shootings took place almost exactly a year ago - and one of our judges is trying the John Muhammad sniper trial in a few weeks. They moved it to VA Beach mostly because we don't have enough parking here for all the press. The gas station the shooting took place at is a few blocks from my old house. Funny thing is, we're also the home of the Bobbitt trials a few years ago. I've got Lorena Bobbitt's knife on my desk in our courthouse evidence vault - it's a cultural icon! 
It gets kinda eerie to leave the courthouse for lunch and have the lead story on the national noon news be in the building you just left.
