I followed AH64ID's coolant flush write up and changed out my coolant. During the process, I removed the T-stat without any leaks, rather than making the 'Hawaii T-stat' that John did.

Drained/refilled 4 times. Jug on the left is what was in the truck and the jug on the right is a gallon of distilled water for comparison. I think I got it flushed well.

Finally swapped out the old leaking steering damper on my '07. Geno's had the Bilstein on sale this week so I figured it would be a good time.

The latest thing we did was to install a Pioneer AVIC8200NEX "infotainment" system. It's a double din system so some minor cutting and a new bezel was used.
It seriously looks like it came with the truck. It even had provisions to upload an image to the initialization screen so I found a nice "RAM" logo on-line and used that. It looks like all the other new vehicles that show something like that when you start the vehicle. It has the most sensitive touch screen on the market and everything about it works great.

Just did the u-joints at 65,000 miles, hope the Spicer, greasable ones last longer!

Haven't really done a lot to her in 13 years of ownership! Front ball joints & bearings at 45,000 really the only thing major... Otherwise just the normal stuff!

The last thing I did? Well, I removed the OEM differential cover and replaced with a PML cover that I drilled and tapped and installed an Isspro gauge. Not completely satisfied, I also installed TransCool coolers on the G-56 (AD version) and installed an Isspro gauge; both gauges were put in the steering column mount; good fit. Then I backed under my 18,000 lb. Augusta Ambition, measured the distance from the top of the wheel-well to ground, and lowered the camper onto the fifth-wheel. The drop in bed height was about 1.5" and I now drank a cold beer to celebrate not having to install airbags. With 260,000 on the clock I continue to baby the truck and she continues to pull like a bat coming out of hell.

Does this unit work with the factory steering wheel controls? I just replaced my radio with a refurbished factory unit because I was having trouble finding a unit that worked with the steering wheel controls. I don't guess it would have been a big issue to not have them.

A little late to this party...

Picked up this 03 one month ago today. Fixed a pesky "lamp out" problem (new front park lamp sockets) and added new headlights, tail lights, fog lights, tow mirrors, and nerf bars.

Yes it does.

All in all I have spent over $9,000 on upgrades for my truck. I keep a list of all of the attachments that I have put on my truck since new in Nov,07. I don't let the dear wife see this list.
My latest investment was Bushwhacker fender flares for the truck, this has given the truck a complete new look. Even my DW said the flares with the Mickey Thompson Rims and Nitto Dura Grappler tires look good on the truck. ( The tire and rims were installed last year for towing.)

Great looking truck Andrew.

All I can add is I cured a lope I was experiencing at idle with a quart of Supertech synthetic two stroke oil.
FCA was sticking.

That looks super good. I've been eying that head unit for a while now. Glad to see you like it!
