I did the little code reading thing where you turn the key 3-4 times and the codes pop up. This is what I found

P 0107, and P 0073.

I found what the 0107 means

P0107 (M) Map Sensor Voltage Too Low MAP sensor input below minimum acceptable voltage.

But I have NO idea what that means, plus I never found out what 0073 was so if anyone has any idea what the second code is or if they can explane the first code to me that would be great thanks.

Both these codes showed up after I installed my pryo gauge this weekend when I saw the check engine light come on.

Thanks

The P0073 code is "Ambient Temperature Sensor High". Seems like I had that both of those codes get set once when I forgot to plug the sensor back in that is on top of the airbox tube. Check and make sure it's snuggly attached. If I'm not mistaken, all the codes that you see are standard OBD II codes. You can also reference the post near the bottom of the "Sticky" that's the top thread on this forum. Here's a link: https://www.turbodieselregister.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=64031

It contains all sorts of useful FAQ type info. . plus someone posted most all of the codes. :)

hope that helps... . oh, and I think map is Manifold Absoloute Pressure.

Later,

Andy

Thanks for the info thats just what I was looking for. I hope it was just the plug that goes into the air filter box but havent gotten the time to erase the codes to see if they come back, but the light hasent come back on so that might be it.

Thanks
