I collect shot glasses from evry place I visit, unless I forget to pick one up in the airport, and I pick up a bell for my wife and a thimble for my daughter in each place.

License Plates! A casual hobby. A total of 566 from 49 states, and 5 countries. I still need a plate from the state of Maine. Anyone wanna part with one?

I'm also collecting gray hairs too. I don't have a count on those though.

Thought about collecting a lot of different things but found out there were to many other people collecting them and the prices were already too high for the good stuff. Maybe I'll get some ideas from this thread.

:D

LOL Eric, and my wife calls me a packrat!:D I'm like you with the books. Always going back and reading old ones as it's just like reading them for the first time. Wife wants to toss out, I tell here there are articles that I need to read in them. One of these days I'll come home and she will have tossed them!:(

I collect old wood working equipment as well as old fishing gear. Don't have enough of either one but I'm working on it.

Diecast cars and trucks pre 70's, Tootsie, Midge, Hubley etc.

Stuff from the three ships I was on in the Navy (lost all of mine in the Divorce)

Lawn mower related stuff.

Magazines from 50's/60's Hot Rod/Custom related.

Tools

Some Nascar (vintage/obscure)

What ever catches my eye.

Thoughts. I'm always trying to collect my thoughts. :D

I also collect radios (heathkits and Kenwoods, some Icoms and Yaesus). I have every magazine I have ever bought. (and some I didn't buy) Except for some aviation magazines that I gave away  after the divorce. And pocket books. Every one I have ever bought and read.

My wife and I buy refrigerator magnets everywhere we go. Got a bunch and I plan to collect a bunch more before I kick the bucket, even if I have to buy a second refer!! Wish they'd adhere to the wood on my 5er refer. :(

John Deere.

That's it, it don't matter if it's a pillow that my girlfriend made from JD fabric at Walmart, a picture frame or the toys.

The usual redneck stuff... . belt buckles, knives, guns, key chains, caps. I only keep it if the advertised item is something I like. for example, if it's an IH belt buckle, I'll chuck it in favor of a Cummins belt buckle.

Oh, and books. Lots and lots of books. More than half of which have a heavy slant to the right, politically speaking.
