What do you display on your Attitude monitor? I usually have Speed, Egt, Engine temp and the forth spot I'll vary from Slip or intake temp or engine load or throttle.

I run, EGT, Boost, transmission Slip, and Intake. I also have transmission temp and fuel pressure in Dipricols above the Rear view mirror.

The latest TDR issue mentioned it will display trans temp but I thought it won't??

transmission temp is not in the parameters for display options, that is why I installed my Dipricol. Maybe it is on the A-2

Issue 49 on page 159 where they showcase the A-Pillar mount it mentions Trans temp on the Attitude.

Guess its a typo, there is a thermistor in the pan so I don't know why they wouldn't have added that for the auto guys.

This is a good question you pose, CLAYTON. I'm often changing the display around on my attitude (almost daily), looking for the most useful data. Interesting that, based on the responses, choices seem quite variable.

Looks like EGT is a given, but the rest ?.

I tend to display boost pressure, throttle %, and intake temp (in addition to the Pre-turbo EGT) most often. My Autometer's are showing: Post-turbo EGT, Trans temp, Rear Diff temp, and Fuel pressure.

I'm curious, as you are, to see what others are doing.

I used to display Slip but after it never moved from "N" I asked what was up in a post here some time back. Someone said since I had 315's and the speedo reflash, my backdown was hosed and the Slip wouldn't show up on the read out and that I should complain to Edge (which I haven't). In my "records" I have seen 5% Slip in there.

Any feedback? COmments?

When your converter locks up it should display 0%, untill it starts slipping(if it does) then it will show the %

Are you running the Hot program? I think youd have to be pulling a load to get it to slip or run the hot on 5 with a stock transmission

If you have had your ECM (Pinion Factor) reprogrammed for the larger tire size then the Edge Juice/Attitude will not be able to monitor or backdown on tc slip. None of the transmission monitoring will work properly. Edge is aware of the issue, but as far as I know have no resolution. The slip % is a very subjective number and certainly does not work on mine.

Eng Temp, Exhaust Temp, Load and Intake Temp on the overhead Attitude. Trans, Boost, and Exhaust (post turbo) are on the A pillar. Thinking about changine the Post Pyro for a Fuel Pressure.

Attitude--EGT (manifold) on Left, engine temp top right and slip bottom right

Dash--EGT-post, boost, fuel psi

The slip thingy is supposed to work on manuals too. I reset my records every so often and the other day I found 42%!!!!! Might actually be right since I had it on 3-3 with 6K behind and nailed it to smoke out a jerk on the freeway. Usually I don't see anything higher than 3-4%.

Anybody with aftermarket clutch seeing any slip. Sounds like a new thread to me.
