Well actually there is good evidence to suggest that we've warmed the planet by reducing emissions. Especially the sooty COAL type.

Seems that the soot was reducing the level of radiation reaching the ground back in the 1800's or so.

Then we cleaned up the power generating plants with scrubbers and stuff. The atmosphere cleared up and now we're warmed a bit.

No, I didn't make that up. But now I can't find the article. I think it was at TheStormWatch.org. Feel free to search.

A far-fetched conclusion could be that by launching particulate--assuming it would suspend, might cool things down a bit as it appears to have done in the recent past.

I doubt that the EPA police are any more numerous than the Border Enforcent officers. And this country is going to be destroyed by invasion much more quickly than by soot from pickup trucks.

Besides that, my "puller" passes emission testing everytime.

Put that in your smokeless pipe. :-laf

Interesting info (diesel winter as opposed to nuclear winter?... hmmm :-laf ), and you are probably right on the Enviro-SS, but they are more anal than border patrol. And my pipe isn't smokless, it is used judiciously... :-laf

So you leave the Comp hooked to the factory MAP harness and just unplug the wiring from the stock sensor? What are the downsides to this?

if you haven't done this already successfully. To answer your question, yes you got it right, im not sure of down sides, with my jammer 4's and comp unhooked from the map sensor i can almost kill the truck with too much smoke it pops and smokes white, if your quiet and play it cool you can hear the timing change once the rpm's go up. I hooked up a scanner while the map was plugged in and it was 1ihg or something maybe less, not sure on that number i am sure that with the map unhooked it showed 4ihg all the time no matter what.
