Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) What do you think of this "no name" clutch?

Never used one to my knowledge, but....

How do you use the truck? If you tow, it may be a good clutch. If it is a daily driver, I think you will hate it. From what they said, and from personal experience (on a tractor) the ceramic button clutches are VERY grabby. Worse when they warm up. Ceramic clutches are also very hard on flywheels. They chew the snot out of them. An organic clutch may be the better choice if it is a daily driver.

That clutch gives up a lot of driveability, smoothness, and is hard on the transmission (unsprung hub). Since your power is stock, you don't have to make those compromises. You could use a LuK, Sachs, or one of the moderately priced South Bend line of clutches, and have better driveability and sufficient torque capacity for stock or even a moderately hopped up engine.
