I’ve been lurking here for over a year now and have gleaned an immense amount of knowledge from this board and its members. I must say thank you to all the people that contribute and share with the rest of us. I subscribed for membership this month and don’t even own a CTD yet. I have hung around the Ford board as well but have decided that the trucks loved on this forum is what I want. I also like the attitude of the members here better, I’m not saying that once in while it doesn’t get carried away but all in all this is a more friendly place to be and I like the fact that you guys aren’t usually as mean to people that like other brands as the other boards are. I hope it stays this way.
Now for my question.
I’m looking at buying a 96 or newer 12 valve just for bombing purposes. Can anyone tell me what the weight difference between the 4x4 extra cab short bed, the 4x4 extra cab long bed and the 4x4 standard cab long bed is.
