what does TC shudder feel like

my truck has a slight vibration that I feel when I really get on it when the revs are below 2k, I am running the smarty on level 3, I was just wondering if this was the TC complaining??

If the TC is locked when you do it, your slipping it.



Load up #5 and roll hard into the throttle at about 60 mph. If it feels like a tire just went flat, slipping the TC. :{

Tap the brake pedal when this occurs. If the shuddering stops it's the torque converter

I don't hear the RPMS run up I just feel a little slight vibration that goes away once the reves get over 2k, the speed it happens is about 50-55 when the truck is locked in 4th, I normally don't do it because it causes a bunch of smoke, but sometimes I have to jump in front of traffic and don't have a chance to roll in it slow
