From where I am at now I was wondering what the cheapest easiest way to hit the 450Hp and more important to me would be to get over 1000-1100 torque range would be. Last dyno netted 377 Hp 892 torque. My sig shows major mods to date. I was thinking maybe larger injectors and or sending my comp in to make it a Drag version. I believe the comp upgrade would help a bunch and is fairly cheap.

Any suggestions would help. Oo.

How many horse power are the M4's good for and do they burn clean. That is what I like about my 90hp BD sticks very very clean burnin. No smell or haze at idle unlike my old stock ones eye burnin stinky things.

150 HP.

I only got very slight hazing on very hot days.

Check out F1 Diesel

You're also moving a bunch more air than he is with your twins and cam.

True. And when it spools, those components make a difference!

However, I have runs M4's back when I had a HX35 with a 12 housing. It got hot on top, but was very driveable. Less haze at idle than the twins. And I made well over 450 with a drag comp.

Those were the days!

just some sticks will do the trick :) I'm over 500 with my setup(no drag comp) and the 4's run clean. I tow regularly and get a light haze with the box on 1x2. Nothing at idle except on hot days as stated above, but even then barely noticeable. F-1 sticks are very impressive ;)

Another possibility I was thinking is Snow system as my exhaust temps run 1450 while sled pulling and dynoing, and comp upgrade and ARP studs first. Then Ats exhaust manifold later if and when my head gasket blows then I will o-ring block-head and do a cam and much more then. I like my 90hp sticks now and would like to see how far up the hp tq chain they can take me before going that route.

What are your thoughts?

Bill
