What gauges match the 2002 dash gauges???

I really hate to bring the gauge subject up again, but I have been searching for about two days now with no luck.



I am in the market for a set of gauges for my a pillar. (FP, Pyro, Boost) I would like to run all the same brand gauge, and I want to match my stock dash gauges as best as possible.



There is the possibility of buying the white overlay for the dash gauges and matching it with white faced gauges. I am going to wait on the outcome of Diesel Dan's installation, before I concider that. I'm not into snapping needles off.



Please suggest some gauge types and where to buy them. I am new to this world and trying to learn as much as possible.





Are these range parameters OK?



Boost 0-60psi

Pyro 0-1500F

FP 0-35psi



I just ordered an EZ and K&N FIPK intake system. I don't plan on aquiring any more HP any time soon. transmission upgrades are out of the ballpark at this time.

I cant help you with fp guage, but I love my two VDO's... I was picky when it came to matching the factory lights, and am very happy with my choice.

Gauages

You can get a set of dipricol gauages, from Ken Jones, with either black bezels or chome. He's got some new ones "secret" coming in this week. My current ones look like this:

I did the same as Dixie Dawg and got the VDO Vision Boost, Pyro, and oil temps. They are a perfect match to the factory gauges and I mounted them on the dash.



Later, I found that I needed a fuel pressure gauge (which is not available in the Vision Series) and got this in the Autometer Ultralite series along with a vacuum gauge. They don't match but putting them on the pillar doesn't clash too bad.

Autometer Z series. And with the little red condom over the bulb they are very comfortable to the eyes at night.

Isspro EV White Face

You mentioned possibly wanting to match the white overlay of the dash. I have the Isspro EV White Face, blue pointers. I've heard they are coming out with orange pointers. If you did purse the white overlay, the Isspro's with the orange pointers would be a near perfect match. Here is a pic of mine at night with the instrument cluster included so you can compare lighting. I would have personnaly prefered the orange pointers but didn't want to wait for them. It would make them even easier to read, not that they aren't already. There are more pics in my 'Readers Rig" section with day and night shots.

I ended up ordering the black face di-pricol gauges. I didn't realize how much trouble it was going to be to find a fuel pressure gauge. I ended up with a mechanical FP gauge. I would have rather had an electric, but Its all good.



I can't wait to get them in and get 'em installed.
