When people say that an injector isn't delivering enough fuel and is bad. What could go bad? They seem so simple. Do the nozzles get clogged or something and if so wouldn't injector cleaner fix that? I had my injectors out and took them apart and clened them with alcohol then soaked them in diesel fuel and reinstalled them the other day and it made me curious.

Thanks,

Keith

Lots of things can happen to injectors to make them"bad" like the tips breaking off , in time the holes and the needle wear and get loose, the spring can break or get weak making the "pop" off pressure drop off.
