Smell of gas in a Dodge Dakota

Cute Dentist Joke

As a landlord,it would be nice to trace people around after they move away owing money, or to keep the hammer on them after a judgement is secured in court. Are there any free websites that trace tax filings, employment, and residence of such people? Are there any services that are reasonable to employ that can give you current ,good information on wherabouts on that tenant you are trying to find? I hate to pay for information that I already possess. Any other hints on how to get the skinny on a tenant or creditor would be appreciated. I am sure that there are other TDR members who could use this as well.

I 2nd that request

I am a landlord as well. Being that you are near dayton, have you tried NTNonline.com for reporting your tenants? I use them. Future landlords will call and verify data with you. And the best part is you put on there that they have a judgement, or were an eviction, and they'll have a hard time getting a place. ( My personal favorite benefit) Best tracking method that i've found is searching municipal court records for tickets, ect on deadbeats. I have like 100 courts on my favorites list.

As an employer, I have to report new hires asap. It would be great to run the ss# and get a hit on the most recent job, wouldn't it?

Anyone else got an inside track for us?

New hires report and now we are to be ''registered''

I also think that anyone who has to report ''new hires'' should have access to the list. I told State of Ohio just that ,and I woild obey that law when they agreed to share info with ME. Please share with me your list of muni courts, and I will be in your debt. The Greenville court is only accessible through their own computers,,and it is no picnic trying to remember the DOS commands it takes to access them. I have found that direct contact with police or sheriff can be helpful,as they really do not want a landlord to keep undesirable tenants who clog up their paperwork with DV and other complaints. I also believe that the courts use landlords as a revenue producer--first,a 125. 00 charge to wait two months for an eviction trial, then a100. 00charge for a deputy to watch you move their stuff to the curb
