It doesn't look like he'd even be able to close the hood with that huffer sticking up on the side. Almost looks like a photo hack, but it's a good one if it is.

I assure you it is real! :--) In fact you are close on your assumption. He has rubbed a spot thru his fire blanket on the underside of the hood from were the compressor rubbed. :-laf
 
I have 2 of those witting on the floor at work. they have amazingly small wheels for the size of the housings. old and outdated. that is pretty damn funny though. my first mig now on sale from playschool
