So, I have basically a stock 02 H. O. 6 sp. What I am going to do is put on 4" stacks, with currently no "Hot Box". What injectors would be the best for this application? Can you put in DD3's and you would be ok for running empty and towing? WIll the stock pump have enough pressure/volume for larger injectors? Trying to get the input here from folks that know. I was thinking of Don M's injectors but would be unsure of what size to put in. I would'nt think the egt's would make that much difference with a 4" exhaust. I may also go with a larger turbo at a later time but can only do one thing at a time. Also, are there any injectors that really help out fuel mileage or do they all help out with that? In the long run I am looking for a 400-450 horse motor, but will take some time. So many questions... ... Thanks Don

Don,

Give fellow TDR member J. R. Adkins a holler. I'm sure he can come up with a set of injectors for you. His EDM injectors are top notch and price is good also!

better get some gauges first or be prepared to pay the price :( and believe it or not injectors are easier on the pump than the box with pump tap :)

Get some gauges first. Then I would get a set of DD2's or an Edge Comp and not tap the wire. You are going to have to address the transmission before you go adding 100 hp from injectors.

If it was me I would get an edge comp and run it with out the pump wire hooked up untill I had the $$ to do the rest.

Good luck.
