Where did that bolt go? It looks like a grade 8..... What size? The scale is poor but it looks big

Yes. the scale is poor. . lol... I wanted it to look like a 1in bolt. . haha. . its one of the 5/16 bolts that holds the pressure plate to the flywheel. . one that came with the flywheel that was drilled for the 13in convertion. . (installed SBC FE) Its is sitting on the instruction for installing the seal with the wear sleave... bad thing about that seal and sleave it that it does not come with the driver. . if you buy just the seal, it comes with the driver. . at least for the seal... we didn't have time to round one up. . and the Cummins dealer didn't have one laying around... I just didn't like the fact that we had to modified punch to install the seal. . it really doesn't go in hard. . but had to use a depth gauge to go around the seal to make sure it was in straight. . Next time I will spend more time, and make a tool... but next time I don't plan on having to use the wear sleave. . Since we aren't doing this for a living. . its worth the extra time to pull the adapter plate, starter and seal housing. .

Thats for the help from everyone...

I also wanted to say thanks for all the help. Yes, I will use a torque wrench next time! I was surprised though how easy that pressure plate bolt snapped. The rear mail looks like it's holding, the clutch is awesome (it grabs and goes!), and 5th gear is back. Now all I need are the injectors. I can't wait. Thanks

Eric
