The one right below the front bumper. I am assuming it is something to keep junk out of the radiator, but why not make it rigid? Is this to allow air to blow past it from up top? It does keep a section of the frame rail clean #ad

Ordered mine without the front air dam, and it has the rubber flap. Thought that DC put the flap there in place of the air dam.

I've got one on both my diesel and gasser Rams. I had guessed it was to keep debris out of the radiator.

Anyone have any other ideas.

The rubber flap is part of the air management system for the radiator... Keeps air from hitting the rad' and going down in front. . remember?... the path of least resistance... .

CCahill is right. Air management. Unfortunately, they usually fall out of where they are supposed to be and look like a cheap attempt at an air dam. It is supposed to be laying on top of something to keep the air from escaping from between the bumper and radiator. Take about 30 seconds to tuck back up...
