Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) What is the best way to attach my engine spec plate to the new gear housing?

I know it's a dumb question, but epoxy doesn't seem like a good idea and normal rivets would mean drilling through the case. Where can I pick up the style rivets that were used originally? Thanks for the patience.

I beleive the rivets you are looking for would be easy to find at a CAT dealer in your area this was a common thing to get because searial # plates on the old stuff still pushing dirt would need to be secured the parts guy should hook you up they will not be much $ for a quality peice good luck hope this helps.
