What is the difference between SLT, Laramie SLT, SLT Plus

My truck is a Laramie SLT, I have seen others that were SLT's and SLT plus. When I look at the window sticker of a new truck it does not show any package designation for what each of these come with? Is ST the bottom trim level, then SLT, then Laramie SLT, then SLT Plus? Or does it change based on the year of your truck? When did they start with the plus? Sorry for all of the questions. Thought one of you would know this

Yes.

Your right, the SLT plus comes with every option, the Laramie SLT is next, this is what I have and the only things I don't have are the heated seats, alarm and 4 wheel anti-lock brakes, I think the ST is just a basic work truck. I don't know when the plus came out I think 99 but not for sure.

I don't think there is an SLT, just the SLT Laramie, but is usually refered to as an SLT. The ST is the entry level and the SLT + is the loaded one.

I think part of it does have to do with the year, also. Mine is a sport and there are no SLT badges (though they may have been removed by previous owner), but I have seen ones a little older than mine that did have them (on white Sports).

Ok to add to the confusion over the weekend I saw a SLT Laramie Sport in the parking lot, I've never seen one with that before?

Oh, it really gets confusing! Our 2002 SLT+ Sport only has the Sport badging on the rear pillar of the cab where the Laramie SLT badging normally appears. There's nothing anywhere on the truck that says SLT!

i am not sure there is any rhyme or reason to the pillar badging. my 01. 5 sport had the slt plus badge on the c pillar. it should have been a sport badge--plain "sport". it said right on my window sticker it should have been badged sport. dc said i was wrong. i didn't want to argue with 'em. i just ordered the sport badges out of my pocket--then didn't put 'em on.
