BCarmicle,

Did you stud and/or O-ring/Fire ring your head for the twins? I should have my turbos in a couple weeks, and I'm thinking about throwing in a set of studs at the same time to keep the head on. Thanks,

John

I had some ARP studs put in and they have held so far. I would strongly suggest you do the same if you plan on running over 50lbs. of boost. The head gaskets on the 3rd gens are made out of a stronger material than the 2nd gens. Thats why I only studded it and didn't o-ring. I'm not going to o-ring/fire-ring until I see that I need to.

Guess this is what I was reffering to.

It won't be me. I am not even thinking of working on it. We are doing some stuff with some higher hp modules and timing that will be here soon, but I am going to leave the cp3 and engineering more fuel to someone else. Lord knows I don't have time to even think about something like that! It will be awesome when it happens, I just hope it does not take as long as the 7. 3L. It looks as they now have fuel suppy, or oil supply which is what is needed for fuel. Lets see..... 9-10 years of development? :--)

Thanks for the reply. I'll probably go ahead and get them in there for the extra insurance. I don't want to pull the head either unless it blows, so hopefully they'll hold it. Thanks again.
