Pretty nice rig. I usually don't believe any mileages on any old Dodges. Too many things in the equation can be manipulated. But that does look to be a VERY low mileage 1st gen, quite SWEET. Possibly a true 39k mile rig, but I wouldn't pay a huge premium, especially from an ebay dealer of all people, when most of us consider a less than 150k mile 1st gen a low mileage one. You can get as much - in quality, for a higher mileage - proven, 1st gen cheaper than I bet the reserve on that rig.
But to answer your question. I have looked over a 88 Dodge Cummins, the first one built for that matter, or should I say first one to roll off the assembly line, at the Cummins MidRange Engine plant in Walesboro, IN. Shown in a recent TDR magazine. 2wd 727 auto, about 40k original miles.
