Anyone know what this is? We figured it's some kind of wrench. 4 sizes, turn it in the middle.

I think its called a SPUD WRENCH. plumbers used them.

Yes, spud wrench. Used to hold rubber washers and compression hardware in place for tightening, like in a urinal or toilet underneath a sloan valve.

I looked it up. It appears this one is for removing a "spud" from a cast iron radiator. Interesting. Not many cast iron radiators around anymore.
