Interesting incident in a restaurant today

Guns, Bows, Shooting Sports, and Hunting Inconcievable

Went to the shop to fire up the Dodge to get another overload of Wall studs and Drywall for a home we are building. Yesterday I picked up a overload of the same products, unloaded it and put the Dodge and Big Tex trailer to rest in the shop. When I opened the shop door I have a habit of looking under things for leaks or WHAT EVER!!

This piece of plastic was under the passenger front, about where the air cleaner box is located inside the tire. ( meaning that I could have drove out and not ran it over) Im not sure that its actually off my truck, with as many people that are in and out of my shop I don't know that one of them could have dropped it and just figured to hell with it. I hate that YOU DROP IT PICK THE DAMN THING UP!!

Anyway I know the pictures are not that good, im not into selfies and this is the first stab at taking a picture from my new Smart (er than me) phone and put it on the internet via the same Phone. If need be I can take it in the house and get some real pictures of it.

Im just wondering if any of you have seen something like this on our trucks and it may have fallen off of mine when I parked it last night. The truck description is below. There are no edges of it that look to be broken all are smooth, I got under the truck and looked to no avail. If you FULL time Wrench Heads can point a finger at what IT COULD BE I would be grateful because XXXX like this will pester the XXXX out of me to the END OF TIME!!

Not that I would recognize it anyway, but you might want to take clearer pictures, my guess is it's a clip to hold a rod in place that fell off. With the unclear picture it's not clear if the clip has broken off or has fallen off.

Yup some sort of rod clip, like the kind that used to hold the tailgate latch onto the tailgate rods run running to each side of the tailgate)…

also used inside doors to hold the lock button rod to the latch….

Big, it looks like you are doing the same thing that I did when I first starting taking pics with my smart phone........You're not letting it focus OR you are moving just a little. I try to brace against something if I can...sometimes it takes several attempts when trying to get a close up...I swear at least once while doing so, give that a try.....:D

I can't tell, it might be a rod clip or it holds a line of some kind and pushes on over the threads of a protruding bolt.....

Hey!! im not so good with a Frigging Phone camera I can hold my own with a REAL ONE:-laf

That's not carpet its a piece of Cardboard that was in the XXXX can and I used it as a make shift background.

Penny said Nate was doing something to his truck in the shop yesterday so I have a call into him about what it was he was attempting to do. I love the boy I just got to wonder why he would leave a part off and think the job complete. Its not been broken off there are no sharp edges. I was thinking a retaining clip for a support for like a camper shell or hood support. I don't know ive looked until im exhausted on my truck and as clean as the part is I don't think it came off a Dodge with near 200K on it.

Brother BIG!
(Just squared up my Stetson, for my Big Hat, no cattle answer:-laf)
THAT is a frabazac ofn a rebitznorbitz that is attached to the fortismangulator with a mezner bushing and operates the differential equalizer!
And Thats a FACT:-laf:--)

That exactly what it is. I had to buy a new one last year and they are getting to be pretty expensive from what they used to be. :)

Hmm ! That's the same part VolksWagon use but they call it a "Farframnugen"

Just a FYI, on the camera phone if its a smart phone tap the screen where you want it to focus, for example on that blury part, it will re focus the camera to that area.

BIG - check your gait. Maybe something fell of your plastic leg :D

I found out that its a clip to an auxiliary windshield washer that My Son was installing, Living where we do sometimes we get some pretty nasty road spray on the windshield and the OEM is about as useful as a Fart in a wetsuit. The Aux washer has several different sizes of spray heads, the clip goes over the washer arm and the hose slides threw the hole and then a nozzle on the end of that, kind of like a spray emitter on our micro watering system in the Greenhouse.

Mike thanks for the help on the camera usage its not something I normally use a PHONE for, and have figured out how it works. Just the same I tend to like the real Cameras for the use of Pictures, Unless a cop is beating the Crap out of a ? and I could maybe SELL IT TO HIS LAWYER for some extra pocket change. :D

For the S A comments Turn about is fair play!!!

See Ya!!
