The French and Germans were not the only ones selling Sadam weapons. Of the countries that exported technology to Sadam, I would think the list of who did not would be smaller than those that did. That includes US and Britain too.

I watched the entire report from Blix today, he said they need more time! He also said that the Iraqies were not being as cooperative as S. Africa. This does not mean they are not cooperating. Again, NOT our responsibility! I doubt you got that from your AM radio station and the Limbow report. It is the worlds responsibility, leave it with them.



There are more pressing matters in our war on terror, one is to get someone in the whitehouse who knows who and where the enemy is! We are lucky we didn't arm any of the jets Bush flew in the NG, he might have bombed Dallas or even daltons house.



Lets see SADDAM-AL QUEDA, gee they don't even sound the same do they Bush? Well, maybe to a Texan they would. Or maybe to some facist poilice officer. Eight years of arms inspections, and we are back now for more. Nothing conclusive, no smoking gun, some WMD found, same destroyed.



I am ready to fight and have stated it many times. However give us a real enemy, not some worn out dictator in a third world country that has already been bombed out. Common sense only dictates that we take out the most dangerous first, I don't see Saddam as a danger. I see him as a joke, hiding in his bunker while we bomb the he11 out of his people, the same people in the streets of Bagdad right now supporting him. He will be laughing while we take him to Gitmo for his three squares a day and a roof, while we will be stuck picking up the pieces.

I too watched the entire Blix report. He did lay out all the missing biological and chemical agents missing. It was in the thousands of tons. Even the VX that was missing, thousands of tons. But I got a different opinion of what was laid out. He wants more time to find the weapons, but has stated that Saddam has been in DIRECT violation of just about everything he is supposed to comply with, and he also stated that he feels that the weapons that have been found were more than likely, only the tip of the iceberge. He also stated that he feels that Saddam will never cooperate fully with any of the resolutions. He also stated that the only likely way to find out what Iraq is fully hiding is to remove Saddam from power. But, Champagne Flighty, you probably blocked that part as nonsence. You keep stating that you are ready to fight?? For what??? On whose side?? With friends like you in the military, we would not be needing any enemies.

Here is one for you. Saddams brother, last week, made an announcement. He stated that if the U. S. invades Iraq, that their military will launch chemical weapons against the U. S. Sounds like a smoking gun to me. How about this. Saddam is now issueing chemical suits to all of its military personnel. He stated it was just for training. Smoking Gun. In your face CF. You need more. Just wait a few more days, or Feb 14th. I am sure that when we go in, there will be chemical weapons launched. Especially against Israel. Saddam has also been stockpiling Media used to grow Anthrax, thousands of tons. It was obtained illegally, after 1991, and cannot be accounted for. He has also been innoculating all of his military against the very biological agents(WMD) that he denies having. In your face again. All this courtesy of the U. Might haves, turned into what Dalty? What he said was that VX agents might have been reasearched by Iraq more than they stated. He also said more than 6500 chemical warheads unacounted for since 1991. He also said that the Iraqie goverment claimed these warheads were destroyed in the gulf war and that none of these were found in the first eight years of inspections. He did not say that the warheads found WERE the tip of an iceberg. He did say that they could be nothing and they could be the tip of an iceberg.

In the begining of Bushs term I did agree with him in many ways. Even after 9/11 I agreed with many things he did. I cannot agree with him now though, he is stuck, much like a broken record. As far as my handle, Champane was a mistype, I meant it to be Champain. Champagne Flight was the name of a flight platoon I knew of in Nam. They flew the flight pattern of Pho loi airbase with a full glass of champagne on the floor of a UH1-H without spilling it, on a bet. Actually, I think it did spill if the truth be known. Now you say that you are for the War in Iraq. You also say that we should attack sooner?? You say that you want this to happen mainly because you dislike Bush and that you feel that a FAST war against Iraq will hurt his re-election chances. Whoa there liberal horsey. All kidding aside Dalton. I heard a interveiw with the directer for a world peace organization yesterday. He stated that the president is doing the right thing at the moment. He also was saying that the real reason for Bush wanting to go into Iraq was none of the above. I guess there are members of his administration that have dreams of turning Iraq into a elite shining democratic country, that all the middle east can look up to and want to imitate. They say that even the Palestinians will fall into the same type of goverment and then Israel can deal with them. I say "good luck", he can't even make this country work right!



Did you catch his state of the onion speach last night? I only caught some of it. The part where he called the arms inspecters liars and gave his own asessment of what Saddam had. That and how we are going to help all of Africa with their aids problem. Pretty good eh? We can help them, but we have more and more working people in the USA that can't even get decent healthcare.

Before he goes out and saves the world, he had better check inside his borders.

I do agree with you on our borders. We need to get a check on the open immigration that we have allowed. I didnt hear him say that the U. N. inspectors were lying. I did hear him quote the inspectors figures on missing and unaccounted weapons though. That is what I have been saying all along. It is not the war that bothers me Dalton. It is what will happen after. We will have to stay there for decades to help rebuild. I don't think the war itself will last more than a couple weeks. Nothing I say or do will stop what the President has planned.
