Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 21-22 MPG on level highways doing 69MPH @ 1. 9KRPM. I'm averaging about 20-21 MPG between ups and downs also doing 65-67MPH. City driving (is more like city parking) and the mileage drops down to about 13-14 MPG.
Towing (9K lbs) the mileage stays around 14-15 MPG, but that includes some major hills.
So far, I can't complain about the economy of this new truck. I haven't set the cruise at 75MPH for too long because then, the mileage drops down to 18-19 MPG.
I only have 2400 miles on truck right now, and it took about 550 miles or so before I could see an increase on the gizmo-mometer. Now I'm keeping records on my PDA and log every fill-up, just to see what's going on under the hood.
