What kind of tune is this?

When I bought my used 2012 Ram 3500 used - as is - the lot had no idea of what this tune (or whatever this is) for the delete was.

Does anyone here know what I have in the pic?

I believe it is an anti theft device that kills the ignition or starting when the plug is removed. Looks like yours only has two wires connected I would trace them back and disconnect it. Probably hooked to the connector used for a clutch safety switch. That connector is just jumped on a Auto truck.

That’s one of those anti-theft / immobilizer things I believe. My father in law had one on his Kia.... Someone sold it to him and installed it in a store parking lot when he was shopping (like the parking lot dent repair / white van speaker guys). He came over one day and I asked him what were the “this vehicle protected by” stickers on the windows and he proceeded to show me his “car alarm system”...... it didn’t really do anything other than cost him $50.

I'm afraid to mess with it. (If it ain't broke - don't fix it...) I'll trace the wires down and go from there.
