You can get a fuel pressure gauge from Genos Garage... It is a mechanical gauge that takes the fuel pressure from a fuel line attached to a diaphram that stays under the hood. . on the other side of the diaphram you fill it with anti freez and run the line into the cab to the permanent gauge... . Works great and no fuel in the cab:rolleyes: This system is on my 95 12valve.

wbrown02; Does Genos sell the diaphram for that setup? Where did you take the preasure tap from?

I am using a electrical digital gauge from summit no fuel in the cab and since have changed all my gauges to digital. The pressure I get at idle is 17-20#and at 60 mph 34-36#. I will never go back to analog gauges.

Thanks Bill, I talked to Marty yesterday. Great fellow with plenty of good info. I was the busy one yesterday, I aim to call him back so we can talk more. ;)

Genos sales the complete gage and sending unit/diaphragm setup. You will have to supply the fuel line going to the diaphragm from the engine... . Took a small pipe plug off the rear top of the motor to get into the fuel system. Works great.

i'd even (and did) spend another $25 for a snubber/adapter from illflem. it was easy. i got 6 ft of 1/4" plastic line and hooked up the slip connectors and guage from grainger. nice to be able to check the pressure. certainly have enough line to check in cab as well.

here is a pick of my setup.....

also here is a pic of the location of the tap on the pump for the guage setup... . (brass)... ... .

1dslram--- what brand of gauges are you running? I have Isspro for my boost ,egt and transmission temp, I would like to keep the gauges the same. Anyone know if Isspro sells them? If the accuracy is the same I probably would prefer that setup
