I have mine adjusted to around 55psi, but it's adjustable so if I want to go higher I can. I have two BOVs in my pipe running to the intercooler, but they are set to ~65psi, so they don't open to control boost. IMO that's a poor and inefficient way to control boost. You should keep your boost down by tuning the wastegate(s) and selecting the proper turbine housings. The intercooler on a twinned setup isn't having to work as hard because the air isn't getting as hot (still hot!). IMO (again) a street truck should have an intercooler, but I don't think they're a huge restriction at 500-600hp.
