Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I just installed a Walker 21471 4" stright thru muffler and 4" tailpipe after removing all of the offending "other stuff" in the exhaust system. Except for a little less noise I can't tell the difference from a straight pipe. Turbo whine comes through loud and clear. No drone that I can tell and I have run her up to 90 for several miles. Pulling heavy she sounds like a semi on steroids.
Personally I was looking for a deeper tone but I think the turbo whine negates some of the lower frequency sound.
PS - you will find yourself grinning from ear-to-ear as soon as you hear it run the first time without the stock exhaust.
As someone else said recently - Call the sawmill - I got wood!!!!
