Finally got a chance to get some more money, so I need to figure out how to get rid of it. My thoughts... :

1) Race Series or Chase Series Kore kit with stock wheels and tires

2) Stage II CP3

3) Some wheels and tires

4) A Road Armor bumper, winch, and lights

Lets hear your thoughts... .

1) Might want to look at Lorenz or Carli suspensions also.

2) Been looking at wheels myself. From what I've read, TOYO seem to be getting pretty consistent good reviews. Majority of people seem to like BFG ATs, Cooper STs, Michelin, Bridgestone Revos and Nitto Grapplers but each have had some complaints. Most consistent complaint seems to be with regard to tire life most seem to get about 40KA on the tires. My daughter has some Nitto Grapplers on her 96 and is only going to get about 40K out of them. Lots of discussion of what load range is required; however, most seem to agree that if you are towing you should really consider a load range E tire.

3) You might want to look at Fab Fours bumper. There were some comments on the forum a while back regarding Road Armor customer service but have to agree that I like the looks of their bumpers.

I just can't decide if I want to go for looks, more performance, or suspension performance. I already have about 12k into the engine. Should I put 15 into the engine and make it bullet proof. Go big or go home right?

But then another part of me wants to make my Dodge look good too. I dunno tough call.

Chris I think your truck is doing great power wise, I would do the Kore and some nice wheels and tires.

BTW did you get that camper shell painted yet? :p

Haha, no. Still got the Mr. Silver on there. Actually, I am trying to sell it right now. Worked great for my needs though. If I can't sell if for what I paid by summer, then I will paint it. I am working at a body shop anyway, so I can get it done for nearly nothing.

Yeah I know. I would love to start wheelin again. But I just love power, and a CP3 would get me over the hump... . ya know?

 Well Chris it sounds like you have answered your own question, go for more power! Oo.

Chris if you go with LORENZ or CARLI you will still have a race system and enough cash left over for the cp3. So you get a super handling truck on or off road with no more pressure loss with your new cp3 when you turn her up. Its a win win situation for you.

Will a bumper make her sag that much? Oh well, I've also entertained the thought of lowering her to. But seeing that she is a 4x4... it would be very tough with all the clearance issues.

I noticed that the Lorenz systems don't do anything with the control arms, steering, or track bar????? Why, when Kore, Carlie, Superlift, etc... do?

The entry level Carli system does not include control arms or track bar and no stabilizer. These are just an enhancement unless the originals are worn. If you don't bonzai off road it may be all you need. Give Sage a call and he can give you all the particulars. 714-722-3517
