what oil

I about ready to due my first oil change on the truck it will have 3,000 miles and was wondering what oil should I be using a filter thanks for the reply

Do a search on "oil", get a tall drink, sit back and start reading there are literally DOZENS of threads JUST LIKE YOURS already available on this board - no real need to start yet ANOTHER one...

Hello, whatever you do make sure the oil you will be using meet the specs. of the original. I use the Mobile Delvac 1300. This oil eliminates the strange odor that the original gives off. It is available at Wal-mart for around $6. 00 a gallon. As for the oil fliter a good brand is Fleetguard #LF16035 with the stratpore material. Geno's has a 4,2,1 kit (Four oil filters, 2 fuel filters and one Mopar oem air filter ) for around $80. 00 bucks. Good luck.
