newest diesel nut in the crowd!

My 1st helicopter ride

One of the most awesome sounds that allmost will stop me dead in my tracks with awe would be the scream from a hawk, or eagle.

I was washing the truck last weekend and they were out in force. Circle after circle overhead. Then dead silence and you could hear that majestic scream. It kind of envoked that feeling of ultimate admiration. Is it me or is that sound the cry of freedom and power?????

There is a place where we quad in Wolcott, Ct and this one spot in particular is loaded with hawks. there flying about 30 ft from you and it is a awesome sight and sound!

One of the sound that does it for me, is the sound of 43 cars at Daytona. Sitting in the stand and hearing approx 35,000hp coming at you is awesome!

The sound a rod makes coming out the oil pan of my old Chevy Monza. Actually I laughed because someone was tail gating me. they quickly turned on there wipers and only made the problem worse :)

Best part of it all was It forced me to finish and install a 231cid V6 turbo 4v (and modified) motor in, man what a ride that was!

Listening to my boss, berate (actually that would be a mild term) people, for whatever reason, cause the man loves chaos, confusion, and basically is a very short BULLY!!!! :(

But in the order of this thread, when my Scarlet Macaw lets go her scream!!!!!! :eek: Especially when you are only a short distance away :--)

The real Indy cars with turbos screaming down the front straight away. :cool:

The sound turbos make when the fins are hitting the housing. :{

Whenever I hear the sound effect the Predator made in that Ahnold movie. :--)

"Dad your truck has dust on it. " That makes me cringe.

The sound of 43 cars moving around at the track at full throttle in unison at Daytona is one I'll never forget.

Also the sound of bull elk bugling is awesome.

The sound of a door hitting your truck because some ahole parked too close!!

*****************************OR****************************

The sound of a sucking chest wound after someone just got stabbed in a lung.

I have heard both, and I can honestly say that the first one bothers me the most.
