Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) What pressure gauge to moniter transmission line psi?

was wondering what would pressure range for a gouge to moniter transmission line pressure? Would a 120 psi gauge work? is there a spike in the pressures when shifting?



Thought that I read that the service book said to use a 240 psi gauge.



What are your thoughts?
