W250 93 I'm going to be towing a 34ft. 12,000+ lbs 5th. wheel. What would be a good set of shocks. Does anybody have the web site for Rancho. Been thinking of maybe Rancho RS9000s shocks what do you think? What price can I expect to pay for a good set of four shocks?

I put the Rancho R9000's on my 93 W250 and them give a very comfortable ride. I didn't do the remote air adjust thing because I like to keep it KISS. I don't mind squeezing into the fender well.

I waited until 4 Wheel parts had a "get 4 for the price of 3" deal.

Way To Go!

The Rancho 9000RS shocks are the way to go for towing. I just pulled my 38' flatbed GN and the truck road like it wasn't even back there. My truck even has overloads on it. I got my shocks from two different web sites. I can't remeber which ones now. I would do a search on Google or another search engine and find a place that has them on sale. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the info. Do I have to get the RS9000 with controllers for settings? Or can I get just a plain set of RS9000? I don't want to use controllers. Take care.

No Controller needed

BlueJay,

You don't need to buy a contoller with the shocks. It is easy to manually adjust them anyway.

Jeremy

You can get Rancho 5000 or 9000's right at your local NAPA store. Thats where I got mine. They ordered them and I had em the next day. Price is competitive if you get jobber pricing.
