What should the guages read?

I just put egt and boost guages on my truck and was wondering what they should read. Under WOT the temp will climb up to 1175 and the boost wastegate must open at 30 lbs because it climbs fast up to there and then falls off. This has been a very good truck and I plan on keeping it a long time. What should be the max temp you can run on a long pull, I pull a 33 ft gooseneck every now and then and the gross wt will sometimes be over 20K. Have not pulled the trailer since I put in the guages, just wondering what not to exceed. I must not be getting it to hot because I have gone on a number of runs 600 to 1000 miles, the trans. is getting weak, next stop, DTT.

I feel comfortable extended cruising at 1350°, usually only as long as the hill most other times the egt is around 800-900°. Will take it up to 1500° for periods under 30 seconds, usually when I can see the top of the hill. 178k & 104k with mods & gauges since 3k, trucks run great.
