$800 for Motor Home

I prefer to watch a good movie on a rented DVD. I've got the Dishnetwork 150 package and I'm amazed at how little is really on there. I don't have any local or major networks, and don't miss them at all. Sometimes I'll watch a movie on one of the movie channels, or junkyard wars, or something on Speedvision or Discovery Wings Channel. Mostly it tunes in the kid shows for my 3 year old. The picture quality is not that good when blown up to 65" widesreen format. It would be cool to finally see high definition on my set, but there isn't any programming worth buying the tuner yet. The DVDs are awesome, though :D

Any and all motorcycle roadracing. F1, sometimes NASCAR, rally racing.

As far as non racing tv goes; Law & Order, Third Watch, Jag, Nash Bridges, decent movies(new or old).

Let's see... . :D

O'Reilly, WWF Raw and Smackdown, Enterprise, Bernie Mac, Greg the Bunny "blah", Farscape and Lexx.

This TV thread explains alot of the lopsided opinions I've read around here. Fact is there is NOTHING to watch on TV.

Oh Contrare, the living have much better things to do!

I am w/ 24V-DSL, muddyboots, baby. driver, etc. Haven't had a TV in years - total waste of time IMHO. A few good things you say? You can usually find a few good things in a dumpster as well if you care to dig around.

Ok, I do watch a little tv here and there; at the in-laws, hotels, etc. but I get totally sucked in. I think I have chosen not to have a tv for my own good because I know I would just piddle my life away... . As a result I don't miss the tv one bit - get all my news from the Internet (which of course is NOT a waste of time! ) I guess everyone has thier own vice... . :D

I cant believe nobody watches King Of The Hill. Some of them are hit and miss but when you get a good one hang on to your seat. Also what ever happened to News Radio?... ... i loved that show.
