Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) What size is the filler neck???

Hey all, setting up my custom aux tank and going to run a T fitting off the tank filler neck but dont know what size I. D. it is. Who knows what it would be on my 02 Longbed?

Does this mean that there was not a third port on the fuel collection unit on top of the tank when you did the LP relocation?



Here is another idea;



Put a "T" fitting on the fuel return line at the tank (maybe a one way valve too) and feed your main tank that way. All you would need to do is get a cheap fuel pump, or a used LP on a separate switch. It may take a while, but you have nothing better to do while driving the Hwy.



Anybody know how much fuel the VP kicks back to the tank at 40% throttle (highway speeds). Would'nt want an argument happening at the T between the Aux tank and the VP.
